The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) is Pakistan’s leading business institute, a symbol of academic excellence, discipline, and leadership.

To strengthen its digital presence and inspire new generations of students, IBA wanted to showcase its vibrant campus life, strong academic culture, and holistic learning environment through a corporate video one that could serve as a digital identity piece for social media campaigns, admissions, and branding purposes.

The objective was to capture the real essence of IBA, not just its classrooms, but its people, energy, and transformation from a student’s first day to graduation.

The purpose of the corporate branding video was to capture the entire student experience, from orientation to graduation, through real moments and real people.

Artxfilms handled the complete production, shooting over an extended period to cover real events and authentic experiences.

The video featured:

  • Classroom sessions and interactive learning.
  • Group discussions, meetings, and project presentations.
  • Convocation celebrations and academic achievements.
  • Library and computer labs reflecting focus and collaboration.
  • Cultural festivals, sports, and student society events.
  • Financial aid stories and inclusion initiatives.

Every frame was captured organically, no staged shots, just the real IBA life unfolding naturally.

Working against the Clock

As the final shoot days approached, the team faced the biggest challenge.

The script carefully crafted by Artxpro’s ideation team included almost every aspect of university life: from morning lectures and library study sessions to sports, cultural events, and career fairs. But there was a problem the team had very limited time left, and a long list of scenes still to cover. Coordinating dozens of real students (not actors) made the process even more demanding. Some were camera-shy, some didn’t understand direction immediately, and others needed several takes to get a natural performance.

Every scene required clear guidance. The team had to explain where to stand, how to interact, when to smile, and how to act naturally.

Despite the pressure, our team stayed composed. They divided tasks one director handled performance direction while another managed camera setups to save time. The lighting and camera team prepped scenes simultaneously while the creative director briefed students on expressions and body language.

Even with the ticking clock, team coordination and Artxpro’s strong ideation ensured that the entire script was covered beautifully without compromising quality.

The final video not only met the original vision it exceeded expectations. Every element from academics to student life was captured with realism and energy.

The IBA communication team appreciated how Artxfilms turned a time-constrained project into a polished, heartfelt film, perfectly reflecting IBA’s true spirit.
