Established in 1999, Ressichem is a manufacturer of construction materials and industrial solutions, serving the needs of the construction and other industries. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant, the company produces a wide range of products using quality raw materials sourced from trusted suppliers worldwide.

Quality and technical expertise are central to Ressichem’s operations. Its fully equipped in-house laboratory, supported by qualified engineers and chemists, conducts regular product testing to maintain the quality of finished products.

The Brief

Turn Manufacturing Into a Story

Ressichem wanted a corporate film that presented its manufacturing environment in a clear, credible, and visually engaging way. The film needed to go beyond showcasing production facilities and communicate the precision, testing, and craftsmanship behind its tile adhesives, plasters, and grouts. The objective was to help domestic and international customers understand how each stage of manufacturing contributes to product quality, consistency, and reliability.

Through cinematic visuals, detailed close-up shots, and authentic factory footage, Artxfilms aimed to transform complex industrial processes into an impactful brand story that highlights Ressichem’s technical expertise and builds customer trust.

Objectives

What the Corporate Video Needed to Communicate

The goal was to help domestic and international customers understand how seriously Ressichem takes quality, testing and consistency.

Manufacturing Precision

Show the production environment and the care behind each stage.

Scientific Testing

Capture product testing as tangible evidence of reliability.

Material Character

Reveal colour, texture and the creative possibilities of the finished surface.

Brand Trust

The creative challenge: make technical detail feel human, cinematic and memorable.

The Process

Bringing the Process to Life

01

Grinding & Cleaning

The surface is carefully ground and cleaned to remove loose particles, dust, and uneven areas, creating a smooth, stable base for the next stages.

02

Vacuuming & Rough Marking

The surface is vacuumed to remove remaining dust and debris. Rough marking helps prepare the area and maintain consistency during the application process.

03

Primer with Silica Sand

A primer coat mixed with silica sand is applied to improve surface preparation and create a suitable foundation for the subsequent coating layers.

04

Grinding & Filling Coat

The surface is refined with a filling coat containing white sand. Grinding and filling help improve texture and create a more even surface for the finishing stages.

05

Top Coat & Tape Marking

The top coat is applied to develop the desired finish, while tape marking helps define clean lines, patterns, and colour boundaries with greater precision.

06

Final Inspection

The finished surface is inspected for adhesion, design consistency, texture, and overall appearance to ensure the final result meets the required quality standards.

Our Approach

How Artxfilms Turned Ressichem’s Vision into a Story

01

Developing the Creative Concept

Every great surface has a story behind it. But that story begins long before the first tile is laid. Our creative concept focused on showing more than the finished product. We wanted to capture the craftsmanship, precision, and technical processes behind Ressichem’s materials. From raw surfaces to the final finish, the film was designed to bring together the science of manufacturing and the art of construction through cinematic visuals and authentic storytelling. The goal was simple: turn a technical manufacturing process into a story people could see, understand, and trust.

02

Planning the Visual Story

Before filming, we focused on identifying the key stages that would help viewers understand Ressichem’s work. Every shot needed to communicate the manufacturing process clearly while keeping the film visually engaging. We mapped out the sequence, from surface preparation and material application to testing and the final finish. Special attention was given to camera angles, close-up details, and transitions that would highlight the texture, consistency, and precision of each process. The aim was to connect every scene naturally, creating a visual journey that made complex technical work easier to understand while keeping the audience engaged from beginning to end.

03

Capturing the Manufacturing Process

The shoot covered the different stages involved in preparing and finishing the surface, from grinding and cleaning to primer application, filling coats, top coats, and final inspection. Capturing these stages helped show the care and consistency involved in the process, rather than focusing only on the finished product. Our camera work focused on bringing out the details that often go unnoticed. Close-up macro shots highlighted material textures, application techniques, and the bonding between different layers. Wide shots provided a better understanding of the working environment and the complete process.

04

Highlighting Texture and Detail

To bring viewers closer to the process, we used close-up shots and macro cinematography to capture material textures, individual grains, and the layers forming the finished surface. These visuals revealed details that might otherwise go unnoticed, from the consistency of the materials to the way each layer was applied. We carefully focused on light, angles, and camera movement to bring out the depth, texture, and finish of every surface. By moving between detailed macro shots and wider visuals, we created a better sense of how the materials come together at each stage.

05

Adapting to an Unexpected Product Test

On the second day of shooting, Ressichem’s technical team introduced a live high-pressure tile test that was not part of the original schedule. The scene offered an opportunity to demonstrate product performance, but dust and material splashes created a risk for the camera equipment. Instead of missing the opportunity, our crew quickly adjusted the setup, built a transparent protective casing around the camera, and modified the frame rates to capture the test in slow motion.

The unexpected setup required quick thinking and close coordination between our crew and the technical team. We carefully positioned the camera to capture the test from the most effective angle while ensuring the equipment remained protected. The slow-motion footage allowed us to highlight the moment of impact, the pressure applied, and the material’s response in greater detail.

06

Turning the Test into Visual Proof

The live test became one of the film’s most important moments. Macro footage captured how the adhesive held under pressure, giving viewers a direct look at the product being tested rather than relying only on claims. The scene added authenticity to the film and helped communicate Ressichem’s confidence in its products.

By capturing the test in slow motion, we highlighted the product’s performance in a way that regular footage could not. Every detail, from the pressure being applied to the adhesive holding its bond, became part of the visual story. These close-up shots allowed the audience to see the product in action and better understand the quality behind its application.

07

Showcasing Products Through Post-Production

During post-production, we added another important layer to the film by incorporating Ressichem’s product visuals and relevant product details. This helped viewers connect the manufacturing process with the actual products being offered by the company. We carefully integrated product shots, names, and key information into the video, making it easier for the audience to identify the products and understand their applications. These elements were balanced with the cinematic footage to maintain a smooth flow without distracting from the visual story.

The final edit brought together the manufacturing process, live product testing, and product information in one cohesive film, giving viewers a clearer picture of Ressichem’s range and capabilities.

Our Method

How We Turned the Concept Into a Corporate Video

We started with a clear creative idea.

The story began with the idea that every wall has a story long before the first tile is laid. This gave the film a clear narrative connecting raw materials, technical processes, and finished surfaces.

We showed the process, not just the product.

From surface preparation and coating to adhesion testing, we captured the stages that demonstrate the precision, consistency, and reliability behind Ressichem’s products.

We made texture part of the story.

Macro lenses, carefully planned compositions, and close-up shots revealed the textures, material layers, and fine finishes that might otherwise go unnoticed in a conventional factory video.

We adapted when the plan changed.

When the technical team introduced a live product test, we adjusted the camera setup, added protective measures, and used slow-motion footage to capture the adhesive’s performance under pressure. The unplanned sequence became one of the film’s strongest moments.
